NCQA CR Accredited

NCQA is an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to assessing and reporting on the quality of managed care plans, managed behavioral health care organizations, preferred provider organizations, new health plans, physician organizations, credentials verification organizations, disease management programs, and other health-related programs.

SOC 2 Certified

SOC 2 certification is relevant to service organizations and measured on a trust services criteria. Certification is based on reports based on an organization’s controls relevant to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, or privacy. Detailed information and assurance about the controls at a service organization play an important role in oversight of the organization, vendor management programs, internal corporate governance, risk management processes, and regulatory oversight. This certification assures the suitabililty of the design and operating effectiveness of controls in place.
