John Benson, CEO, and co-founder of Verisys Corporation, recently won his third award for Best CEO for Women from Comparably.  He ranks No. 9 in the nation among small- to mid-sized companies for the honor.

“Verisys focuses on the individual and recognizes the differing needs of its team members depending on their personal and family circumstances. We create balance and a personal career path to support and facilitate the training and mentoring necessary for each woman to reach the height of her career journey,” Benson said. “We honor our team members as our greatest asset and continue to innovate in the areas of talent satisfaction, development, and recruitment.”

Comparably’s Best Places to Work awards derive results from employees who voluntarily and anonymously answer 50-plus workplace questions. The criteria for Best CEOs for Women include compensation, healthy challenge, receiving valuable feedback, mentorship, career advancement, and work/life balance gathered from female employees over the previous 12 months. Comparably uses an algorithm to rank employee feedback amongst the 10 million ratings from 60,000 U.S. companies.

Our sincere congratulations go out to John for being recognized for his efforts to create an environment of equal opportunity and advancement at Verisys. Well deserved!
