Sammie Worthen Team Spotlight

This is Sammie Worthen and she’s a Verisys Ripping Mentor for our Content Team. Sammie analyzes Excel files to determine relevant data, identify missing or incorrect data, and compares files to look for information that was mistakenly added or omitted. She also provides the team support and training for processing Excel files. Sammie is a huge superhero fan! From attending FanX Comic Conventions, to collecting superhero Funko Pops, to movie marathons and fan events at theaters, to TV shows like The Flash and Supergirl, she loves it all. Marvel is her favorite universe and Captain America is her favorite superhero. Sammie herself is a superhero! She had a brain tumor removed in addition to four other surgeries to relieve pressure in her head and alleviate headaches and she’s still just as amazing as ever! Sammie is a thrill seeker. She wants to free dive in the ocean, go skydiving, bungee off the Stratosphere, ride wild roller coasters, and any other adrenaline-inducing adventures. Her all-time favorite movie is JAWS and she’d love to swim with Great White sharks (without being in a cage). Sammie’s favorite holiday is Halloween and her costumes are nothing short of extraordinary! Her most recent Netflix binge is Part 2 of The OA. We are so lucky to have Sammie and all of her passion and energy at Verisys!
