Shannon Eldridge, Credentialing Coordinator, feels support and appreciation at Verisys.

Sep 12, 2022

I’ve been with Verisys for the past ten months and that was during a merger. I was surprised by how friendly, appreciative, and supportive the company is, especially the higher up management.

Tell us a little bit about you.
I love music, reading, going to church, and spending time with my family and friends.

What is your favorite experience so far about working at Verisys?
When someone in HR sent me Crumbl Cookies for helping out with a Word Document issue. I didn’t expect anything for helping—especially cookies.

Based on your own experience, what advice would you give around career development at Verisys?
Network and ask questions. I always like to ask questions about different things and processes for clarification. It helps me to do my job better and what to expect in other departments.

What is the best career lesson you have learned so far?
Don’t be afraid to reach out. It is okay to ask for help when you are uncertain about something. It’s better to have it right the first time than it is to go back and fix it.
