Our mission at Verisys is to support healthcare organizations across the country by screening and credentialing their providers and staff in order to give patients the highest level of care.

Today, on National Doctors Day, we salute the many healthcare professionals who put patients first. We want to express our sincere gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and all other medical practitioners who put themselves on the front-line time and time again in order to serve and treat patients all year long.

We know our medical professionals make personal sacrifices in order to be there for their patients, and we are all patients. Verisys thanks you and your families for your dedication to each of us and to improving the lives of those we love.

“Winder, Georgia, observed the first Doctors Day on March 30, 1933. Dr. Charles B. Almond’s wife, Eudora Brown Almond, wanted to have a day to honor physicians. The community mailed greeting cards and placed flowers on the graves of deceased doctors on this first celebration in 1933. The red carnation is commonly used as the symbolic flower for National Doctors Day.”

From the bottom of our hearts, we honor you today. Happy National Doctors Day 2021!
