James Voss Employee Spotlight
This is James (Jim) Voss. Jim is the Vice President of Customer Success at Verisys. He oversees the post-sale success of Verisys clients from implementation/onboarding to ongoing account management and client services as well as customer support. Jim looks for ways to improve the overall customer experience which includes driving value for our partners and supporting the larger company mission of patient safety. Jim has 5 kids, is obsessed with 80’s music, and calls himself a world-class cheapskate (Family motto: buy with coupons, buy on sale, or go without). Jim loves to travel and see the world, he’s a big believer in experience over things. He has visited 24 countries on 5 different continents in the last 5 years alone. His favorite was Switzerland, but he also loved famous bucket list sites like The Great Wall of China, The Great Barrier Reef, Stonehenge, the Colosseum in Rome, the Parthenon in Greece, and the Pyramids at Giza. Jim grew up in Colorado and is passionate about mountaineering. He’s summited most of the U.S. “14’ers” (mountains taller than 14,000 ft) – Jim’s favorite climb was Grand Teton where they reached the summit at about 6:30 am and almost immediately saw Old Faithful erupt in nearby Yellowstone. What a sight that must have been! Jim also is an avid runner (mostly to stay in shape for climbing) and enjoys roller-skating and skiing. His current Netflix binges are The Mentalist and Psych. His favorite books are The Screwtape Letters, the Enders Game series, and many business books. Jim brings his passion for life and adventure into everything he does!
